Hi, my name is Brett Mickelson and I am a Trainer and Consultant with over 20 years experience in:

  • Sales and Marketing
  • Business Systems
  • Retail
  • Hospitality

Over 20 years experience ranging from managing the sales of Alarm Systems, Advertising, and Computer Software Systems to teaching Business, Marketing, Retail and Hospitality. With a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Cert II in Retail Operations, I pride myself in being self-motivated with the ability to deliver on the job training, or increase the transference of learning from the classroom to the job. I am currently studying Diploma of Management to enhance my ability to deal with all types of leadership principles.
