Coaching versus Formal Training
Coaching is versatile and needs specific, in other words, its normally one on one where I assess what sort of training is needed. The key factor here is that I tune the training to improve attitude, motivation, and skills specific to the duties being performed.
Formal Training is standards based where a certificate is given for subjects covered. This sort of training is more rigid and centered towards qualifications recognised by the Australian Qualification Framework. Government funding is available for a large range of courses.
